Clare has had a passion for music for as long as she can remember which she likes to think she inherited from her grandad – the musician.
At the age of 3 Clare began to express her love of music through tap & modern jazz & developed a passion for ballet at the later age of 13. She also demonstrated her love of music through playing every instrument that came her way including the saxophone, clarinet, cornet, trumpet, piano & guitar & it was always thought by family & friends that music was to be her niche but as the years went on dancing was soon to become dominant.
At the age of 18 she qualified as an Associate Member of the British Association of Teachers of Dance (ABATD) & devoted the next 12 years to teaching jazz, tap & ballet & performed in anything from the local football club to the London Palladium until she found salsa.....the rest is history.
She was soon drawn into the salsa world & the diverse social culture surrounding it & was inspired by others with a mutual passion, particularly Little Lee who was a true leader in more ways than one. She has since been an addict, travelling to all extremeties of the world to feed her fix and to share the salsa experience.
More recently she has taken on a new venture of setting up the ‘Kaboom experience’ – a dance, fashion & fitness company offering a whole range of clothing; teaching & performances by it's new stunning all girls group.
